The Apartment is located on the alpine road, 350 m away from the slopes of the ski area "Hochzillertal/Hochfügen" at an altitude of 750m above sea level and thereby offering a panoramic view across the Zillertal valley.

Booking information:
The apartment is only reserved for the number of persons confirmed on the reservation. Subletting is prohibited. The accommodation, as well as the furnishings and amenities are reserved exclusively for our guests who are registered with us.

- Families with children are welcome - we can provide you with a high chair
- Booking conditions are accepted with receipt of the deposit.
- Check-in: 3pm / Check-out: 10am (alternative times can be arranged)
- Van's Place is a non-smoking property
- Pets are not allowed
- The conditions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.
Not included in our prices are:
- Local tax of €1,50 €/person and night from 15 years of age
- Final cleaning costs of € 120,00
Deposit:
- A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required 7 days after your booking to confirm your reservation.
- The final payment can be made via bank transfer two weeks prior to arrival.
- We accept cash or bank transfer.
Security deposit
A security deposit of € 400,00 is required. This amount can be transferred with the final payment or deposited in cash upon your arrival. If no damages occur, we will refund you the deposit via bank transfer within 24 hours after departure.
Cancellation:
Things do not always turn out as expected. Sometimes a booked holiday has to be cancelled or terminated on short notice.
Summer cancellation policy:
- 100% refund if your booking is cancelled up to 7 days before arrival.
Winter cancellation policy:
- You may cancel your booking without any costs up to 3 months prior to your arrival.
- From 3 months up to 1 month prior to your arrival, that cancellation fee is 40% of the cost of the booking.
- From 1 month to 1 week prior to your arrival, the cancellation fee is 70 % of the cost of the booking.
- Within the last week before you arrive 90 % of the cost of your booking will be charged.
- On early departure 100%
Therefore we recommend taking out a hotel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung (including Covid coverage) free of charge).
