Families with children are welcome

  • For our youngest guests, we provide a cozy travel crib complete with bedding. Upon request, we also offer a comfortable high chair and children’s cutlery, ensuring that even the little ones can enjoy their stay to the fullest.

  • Breakfast service served in the apartment (to order €25,00/per person/day)*
    Every morning we deliver a rich and healthy breakfast with freshly baked bread rolls and pastries, cold meats, cheese, yoghurt, fruit, muesli, milk and juice. Honey from the local beekeeper, local jam and boiled eggs from the farmer, paying close attention to any intolerances
  • Alternative: daily delivery of fresh bread rolls and pastries of your choice (at an extra charge)
  • Mini-Bar with local beverages (charged according to consumption)

Hygiene measures

Your safety is important to us, so we clean the apartment with disinfectant and a lot of care.

  • Our towels and bed linen are washed with a special washing disinfectant
  • All shelves and fronts are disinfected
  • Decorative cushions and blankets are washed after each stay
  • Backrest covers and towels in the infrared cabin are also changed after each stay
  • There is a disinfectant soap dispenser and disinfectant liquid available in the kitchen and bathroom
Booking information:

The apartment is only reserved for the number of persons confirmed on the reservation. Subletting is prohibited. The accommodation, as well as the furnishings and amenities are reserved exclusively for our guests who are registered with us.

  • Our Prices are for the apartment/night
  • Booking conditions are accepted with receipt of the deposit.
  • Check-in: 3pm / Check-out: 10am (alternative times can be arranged)
  • Van's Place is a non-smoking property
  • Pets are not allowed
  • The conditions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.

Not included in our prices are:

  • Local tax of € 2,60 €/person and night from 15 years of age
  • Final cleaning costs of € 150,00
Deposit:
  • A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required 7 days after your booking to confirm your reservation.
  • The final payment can be made via bank transfer two weeks prior to arrival.
  • We accept cash or bank transfer.
Security deposit

A security deposit of € 400,00 is required. This amount can be transferred with the final payment or deposited in cash upon your arrival. If no damages occur, we will refund you the deposit via bank transfer within 24 hours after departure.

Cancellation:

Things do not always turn out as expected. Sometimes a booked holiday has to be cancelled or terminated on short notice.

Summer cancellation policy:

  • 100% refund if your booking is cancelled up to 14 days before arrival.

Winter cancellation policy:

  • You may cancel your booking without any costs up to 3 months prior to your arrival.
  • From 3 months up to 1 month prior to your arrival, that cancellation fee is 40% of the cost of the booking.
  • From 1 month to 1 week prior to your arrival, the cancellation fee is 70 % of the cost of the booking.
  • Within the last week before you arrive 90 % of the cost of your booking will be charged.
  • On early departure 100%

Therefore we recommend taking out a hotel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung (including Covid coverage) free of charge).
